recognizing advocacy in the present
My role model is Ms. Kim, because she makes what we learn fun! we get do crafts and other things while learning. especially with our ISN. She makes everything in our class seem more lively. she makes work fun and enjoyable to learn. and when things get serious, she becomes serious. she knows what she has to do and how she does it.
I started to see Ms. Kim as my role model was (two different times) was when she first introduced our ISN. This was exciting for me because I had always been messy, (and still am) but the ISN helps me organize more. So if I need to find something I need to review, the second time was when Ms. Kim started talking about herself. I loved it a lot. I grew to like it. I liked how she made our class laugh because of different things. this encouraged me and I felt more confident and more comfortable at school. I feel safe.
If you do poorly in class Ms. Kim doesn't discourage you. she encourages you. She tries to make you become a better student. She tries to know people better. overall i think she is a very out going person.
